Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nasanta Food & Drink Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hour of placement by contacting our customer support on [email protected] with your order number.

Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only in the following cases:

You receive a damaged or expired product.

You receive an incorrect item compared to what you ordered.

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded once delivered unless they fall under the refund criteria above.

Any items without proper proof of damage or wrong delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
