Ingredients:
1 pack of Nasanta Air Dried Noodles
2 cups water (for boiling)
1 tbsp cooking oil (optional)
½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, capsicum, corn)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt as needed
Fresh coriander / spring onions for garnish
Cooking Method:
Boil Noodles
In a pan, boil 2 cups of water.
Add Nasanta Air Dried Noodles and cook for 4–5 minutes until soft.
Drain water, rinse with cold water, and keep aside.
Prepare Veggies
Heat oil in a pan/wok.
Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until golden.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add Sauces & Seasoning
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, and a pinch of salt.
Mix well.
Toss Noodles
Add the boiled noodles to the pan.
Toss everything together until evenly coated with sauce.
Serve Hot
Garnish with coriander or spring onions.

Method:
Prepare Cup
Open the Nasanta Cup Noodles lid halfway.
Add optional boiled veggies if you like extra nutrition.
Add Water
Pour hot boiling water into the cup until noodles are fully covered.
Close the lid and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Mix Well
Open the lid, stir the noodles gently with a fork or spoon.
Add soy sauce or chili flakes if you prefer extra flavor.
