 Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Nasanta Air Dried Noodles

  • 2 cups water (for boiling)

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (optional)

  • ½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, capsicum, corn)

  • 1 small onion (sliced)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • Salt as needed

  • Fresh coriander / spring onions for garnish


 Cooking Method:

  1. Boil Noodles

    • In a pan, boil 2 cups of water.

    • Add Nasanta Air Dried Noodles and cook for 4–5 minutes until soft.

    • Drain water, rinse with cold water, and keep aside.

  2. Prepare Veggies

    • Heat oil in a pan/wok.

    • Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until golden.

    • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Add Sauces & Seasoning

    • Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, and a pinch of salt.

    • Mix well.

  4. Toss Noodles

    • Add the boiled noodles to the pan.

    • Toss everything together until evenly coated with sauce.

  5. Serve Hot

    • Garnish with coriander or spring onions.

    • Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy & tasty Air Dried Noodles.

    • Close the lid and let it rest for 3 minutes.

  3. Mix Well

    • Open the lid, stir the noodles gently with a fork or spoon.

    • Add soy sauce or chili flakes if you prefer extra flavor.

  4. Enjoy Hot

    • Garnish with coriander or spring onions.
