- Shipping Locations
We currently deliver within India only.
Orders outside our service area will not be processed.
- Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 day after confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 2-7 days depending on your location.
In case of delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
- Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply based on your location and order value.
Free delivery is available for orders above ₹500 within Tamil Nadu.
- Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation and delivery tracking number update via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order.
If the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, it will be returned to us and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Freshness & Handling
Products will be packed to avoid any breakage and to maintain freshness during transit.
